Temperature Monitoring Service Overview

Temperature Hawk provides real time monitoring and alerting for refrigeration, freezers, and hot food display systems. The service provides

email and/or text alerts when:

  • The temperature is higher or lower than pre-defined tolerances
  • Sensor failure
  • Unauthorized change in case temperature set point

The service also provides a portal for proactive and historical reporting.

Phixios has partnered with Refrigeration Innovation to provide Thermo-Simple sensors are designed to send real-time temperature and alarms

to the Temperature Hawk data collector

  • Temperature Hawk collects the sensor data, sends any alarm email as needed and provides the data to the portal
  • Users receive emails when a device is in alert status
  • Users have access to view an internet portal to see:
  • Current Store, Case, and Sensor Status
  • Current Temperatures and Alerts
  • Reports for historical temperature and alarm status
  • Case and sensor manuals
